Kommunal har varslat om strejk efter att förhandlingarna med arbetsgivarorganisationerna Sveriges kommuner och regioner (SKR) samt Sobona strandat.

Från vad som står i artikeln så håller jag med Kommunal, lön ska betalas när den ska betalas, inte flera månader senare.
