Well i think its a little of both. Technically i think epa overstepped its authority, but CISA is the exact place it should come from. Ideally any agency like this would work with CISA who has the mandate. Its certainly complicated when you get into an agency “making law” and theres a case in front of the supreme court now that could disrupt all of that.
Joplin server also will use a file based storage instead of the db. And db then is only used for users
I use joplin as i share notes and collaborate with my wife. Obsidian etc dont do that. Id love to be on obsidian as i really like it but sharing notebooks is mandatory

Also if your on the charity board etc you can use the funds for “marketing” or “admin fees”. Its a quite common scam that crappy charities only donate like 5% of donations
efficiency will significantly depend on TDP, as the two Meteor Lake chips are only more efficient than the Ryzen 7 7840HS with a power consumption of 30 watts or more. At 15 watts, the Ryzen 7 7840HX was about 30% more efficient than the Core Ultra 7 155H, and that probably means Meteor Lake won’t be the processor of choice for handheld gaming PCs like the Steam Deck and ROG Ally.
Id like to see the power consumption figures for benches
Heroic does all of that. You login to the store. I claim the free games inside it every week. And shit just works.
Also does gog and amazon. Great software
Yup. Has an easy docker setup. Also if you have a kobo you can sync your shelfs wirelessly. Love it
