Mormon Satanist. Transracial Socialist Workers Party Kopimist Monk. Debt-free. Alcohol-free. Drug-free. Caffeine-free. Even with 45,000 downvotes, I ignore the bullying—defying the norm proves I’m on the right path. “True power lies in the hands of workers, not the Duopolist elites.”
Which is exactly how I predict the entire election will go. And how I’ve always predicted the election will go.
Harris will win by a larger margin that Biden did. Trump doesn’t have a chance, regardless of all the “Trump is gonna destroy the world!” obsessions on Lemmy.
I’m not so sure enough normal people are willing to do what’s needed to curb this unchecked conservatism.
So what do you think people need to do?
Classy. And proving their point. Good job!
I can appreciate that. And it’s exactly how I feel. People seem to have forgotten how to agree to disagree. And like you, I think that’s why the country is so divided.
I have friends of all political flavors. That’s the beauty of democracy!
Thank you, and sorry of all the downvotes and accusations you’re going to get for not automatically hating me! :)
I don’t care if Trump wins. I also don’t care if Harris wins. I didn’t vote for either one. Thank you! :)
True. If I wanted to wear my red hat, I could. No laws against it. No rules against it. Thank you, friend! :)
You’re clearly intentionally lying.
About what?
I’m not pro-Trump and I’ve already voted. And I didn’t vote for him. Thank you! :)
I happily voted for my Socialist candidate. Thank you! :)
So which part are you saying I’m lying about though?
I didn’t put biracial in my profile, BECAUSE I put transracial there. Do you honestly think I’d forget if I were biracial?! Think about that a sec…
I didn’t vote for him. Thanks!
Oh wow, thank you for sticking up for me. In this community that’s a big deal. Thank you!
Must be nice having all that privilege.
I grew up in poverty, I’m biracial, bisexual, poor, uneducated, and my job in public elementary school pays shit–a school by the way, where I deal directly with kids who’s school lunches (and breakfasts!) are an issue.
Oh yeah, plus I’m fucking old and face age-discrimination every day.
Yeah, friend, all this privilege is awesome! Funny tho, I thought privilege would be way more awesome. :/
That would be more my speed, yes.
And if you think calling someone names is some line that is crossed I don’t know what to say.
And if you think that calling people names is NOT crossing a line in a forum, then I don’t know what to say.
We have different opinions on that. Obviously.
But it also doesn’t make what you said any more true. You gave your opinion. I gave you mine. You called me names. I didn’t call you names.
I love political drama in the news, yes. And other people do too, that’s why it’s in the news. That’s how news orgs make their money. They report on drama, then get clicks, then get paid.
I’m not scared of Trump. I don’t care if he wins (I don’t think he will though). I don’t like him. I don’t like Harris. So again, I like Jill Stein. Even tho I didn’t vote for her.
You think it’s cringe. Cool. But that doesn’t make me a troll. That just makes me a person you are annoyed with. That’s a different thing.
Cringe to you. But I do love how much drama she’s causing. She made the dems so scared they financed a fucking commercial about there. I’m all for anything that shakes up the status quo.
You seem to be seeing “cringe” everywhere you look. That’s a “you” problem, not a “me” problem, friend. Thank you! :)
I already have. And I agree with you that everyone should go out there and vote for exactly who they want to vote for. Thank you! :)
