Hello!

Are there more sites like https://foundation.mozilla.org/en/privacynotincluded/articles/ that would do privacy focused reviews? Maybe there are some more crowd based?

Thanks!

One of these things is not like the other…

      >[PrivacyTools.io] appears to be a heavily SEO-optimized version of the site which recommends tools in exchange for financial compensation. Very recently, IVPN and Mullvad, two VPN providers near-universally recommended by the privacy community and notable for their stance against affiliate programs were removed from PrivacyTools. In their place? NordVPN, Surfshark, ExpressVPN, and hide.me; Giant VPN corporations with untrustworthy platforms and business practices, notorious for their aggressive marketing and affiliate programs.

I knew that PTio had some kind of controversy, but was not aware it was that bad.

There is a little more to the story. Same guy owns other scammy shopping sites, made some accusations, did some trolling.

Thanks for sharing! While this is great resource for software, I still would like to see something similar but for physical devices like phones, TVs, cars, toasters and anything IoT.
