      What do people even do with those? I know there’s lots to do, but what makes you recommend it in the context of this thread?

        Backup, self hosting, network wide adblocking, VPN, retro gaming, media servers, custom kodi or android TV boxes, coding teaching and learning, security systems, and so much more. There are a lots of possibilities.
