I would bet these are mobile RTK stations to improve the accuracy of the drones to centimeter level. That looks like an ESP32 and LoRa transmitter on the board, probably with a uBlox F9P on the back for positioning.

The poor translator app couldn’t into bad spelling. It’s “retranslator”.
I think re-transmitter or repeater would be a more accurate translation.
