    The entire USA works like DND, it looks like. Only “appears unlikely” “may” “allegedly”. No courage to do the right thing and let the majority mandate work out.

    I’m sure Thomas will include some helpful hints about what legal theories aren’t too far fetched for him to justify denying medical care.

      The dissent will be sickening in nature, I’m sure. Though, it is surprising to me for the SC to uphold this.
