The Kentucky Republican sent letters on Wednesday to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and White House counsel Edward Siskel, accusing the administration of having facilitated potential meddling in the 2024 presidential election. Comer attempted to contrast the trip with former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial, which focused on his attempt to push Zelenskyy to investigate Joe Biden.

The nut of it. This is a tit-for-tat in defense of Trump.

If someone at abjectly fucking useless and ineffective as James Comer worked for most companies he’d have been fired within weeks. That this freckles sack of shit is collecting a government salary and will get a pension for life is a crime against the public.

Comer is really good at falling for lies by Russian operatives as the complete grounding for his sham impeachment of Biden and spreading those lies to the American citizens.

Once again, the GOP demonstrates that they have no other tactic than baseless projection. “Well our guy talked about undermining the U.S. elections when Zelenskyy visited, obviously the Democrats must have done so as well! There’s absolutely no other reason the U.S. would host the president of Ukraine!”
