We have just shipped an updated Steam Deck Client to the Preview/Beta channel. GeneralFixed startup failure causing Steam to get stuck displaying Installing/Verifying screen when runtime files fail to unpack.

Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
