    So:

    Only for new accounts. (for now)

    Only in NZ and the Philippines (for now)

    I assume a vpn to sign up will get around this (for now) as they only talk about account creation.

      To me it sounds like a way to make people create accounts, because soon they will have to pay.

      Because the Twitter is semi locked, they’re are people like me who are not interested in creating account to view replies.
