Having your photo taken in any public place can lead to this. They know what will happen with photos taken and the alternative to this is excluding yourself from activities with friends and that is a choice the author can make.

TLD is one of my favourites but the way they have handled the story episodes isn’t great. It’s all long overdue and they release extra dlc before finishing it off which is kind of bullshit.
Thankfully survival mode is infinitely more fun anyway but I do hope they stop updating the game (from May with the planned graphical updates due) before it loses it uniqueness.
Also it’s on sale right now on Steam for ridiculously cheap so I really recommend you buy it. Like I said, even with some small issue the game is a favourite and well worth even full price.
If only there was a simple solution to games being too expensive…
(don’t buy it)
It’s not standard as devs can choose a few diferent sizes but according to CD Projekt Red the highest capacity available is 64GB.
Also the expensive SDHCe cards and the game-key cartridges because games are too big to fit on the standard 64GB carts. That will add to the cost even more and the whole thing is confusing/laughable!
Fully deserved in my opinion.
Also why is KCD2 and BG3 on the list? That must be a mistake.
consoles are a big source of e-waste
Surely pc components are an equal source of e-waste? Personally I think PC gaming is in a weird place with all the unnecessary RGB obsession and endless consumerism of upgrades.
presumably already existing
I think you’d be surprised how uninterested the average person is in owning and using a pc nowadays so we can’t easily assume that.
lose their relevance over time
Also applies to pc gaming… It’s not like consoles stop working when a new one is released.
Anyway I’m not here to argue for one or the other as they can just happily coexist.
I have a Series S and quick resume and backward compatibility are the best features. The current generation is generally underwhelming though so I’m not surprised if pc gaming is on the rise.
It’s not like there needs to be a winner here. Console or PC gaming is just a personal preference and will always coexist.
There was a plan for a DVD add on but obviously the console died before any of that stuff was released. I still think that was a minor reason for the failure though as it was more about consumer/studio trust in Sega.
It died with Dreamcast but the console was certainly not the cause.
The store page literally says “steam deck playable”…
Also with this you will get a key to add the game(s) to your Steam library.
I don’t doubt what you say but there is a whole other audience that don’t care, want or need it to be on Steam. I’d assume the crossover between open-source fans and Steam isn’t much… and commercial success isn’t the focus.
You don’t need to wishlist it though?
I know a Steam release is planned down the line but it is a free game so you gain nothing by having it on Steam compared to standalone version.
For anyone reading, have a look at Beyond All Reason instead.
Yeah… no thanks. They should have kept the COD name away from whatever monstrosity this is…
Great video though.
That’s a good point. I haven’t bought a physical game for a few years now and I’m certainly not buying anything digital close to full price. The majority is probably under £10.
That was true last generation of consoles but nowadays I suspect it is very different.
I hope it includes bouncing cars again. That was the funniest bug I’ve seen in a while.
I mean you do you but this is a prime example of bandwagon and hardly warrants a whole website.
