tailscale worked some times, but seemed to depend on the location of the moon relative to the air speed of a nearby sparrow and it was really slow.

One vote for Debian.
I switched from Aurora to Bazzite. Call me crazy, but bazzite feels like a smoother experience on my laptop. I can’t exactly pin done the difference, but its there. It could also just be some update that went out after i picked up Bazzite.

My router is updated.
Edit: i see in the article now. Had time to read it today. 👍 I also verified i never has SSH or remote admin enabled. So i should be ok.

0·1 year agoI have this all the time when I’m on my mullvald vpn. Makes me want to not use it half the time :(
While I don’t fully believe it’s zero, it shouldn’t be too active. I have it set to notify me about updates and not auto install and I think it only notifies once a day while it’s still charging. I may have also disabled mobile data.
My phone reports that the Google play store hasn’t logged any battery usage all day. Is it active for other users?

Good thing the Nintendo wii is cheaper to pick up and still works offline… and can be modded… My library still has wii games. Lego star wars!
