There seems to be some misunderstanding here. The text marked in the screenshot is if you move from the beta version back to the public (stable) version.

Getting into the beta for a new app is nearly instant and allows you to install it right away.

That’s already available for insiders and can be enabled, meaning it will soon-ish come to the stable versions of Windows 11.

Sadly, the app crashes for me 1–2 seconds after opening it. I’m no longer able to use it. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3
