I’m totally fed up with the usual 5-bladed razor crap from Gillette and especially Wilkinson. But I’ve always been to afraid to use an old school double-edged razor because I only, blindly, shave my head with it and maybe my pubes. Seems more risky. Any advice / recommendations?

I had about 6 complete playthroughs and played ever race/origin prologue combo. Even made game the main topic back when I was in college and had a game design course. It was something completely new for it’s time. Sadly I think it aged quite badly if you look at some mechanics, animations and even partly graphics. At least that’s what came to my mind when I replayed Mass Effect 1 when the remaster launched. In my memory it was a better game.

DA:O is still one of my favourite RPGs. I didn’t like the two successors that much but the overarching story is quite intriguing to me. Sadly there has been a lot of staff shuffling regarding DA4. That’s usually not a very good sign. I appreciate the lack of EA exclusivity and Denuvo but I’ll still wait until some reviews are out. Remember kids: no preorders.

Running EndeavourOS with Nvidia on Wayland for some months now. Prior to 555 it was a bit janky at times. Since then, and now with 560, the only issue I’m having is related to sleep/hibernation mode. Game wise everything runs fine.

Sadly it’s not even that far off the truth. Looking at Europe where more and more countries lean to the right. And the best idea democratic parties have is to copy right wing talking points in order to win back voters… which obviously doesn’t work.

I made a gradual switch from windows to Arch starting in may. At first I had some issues but since nvidia 555.x drivers launched everything just works. Gsync/VRR? No issues. HDR? No issues. Three monitors, some rotated, with different refresh rates one of them ultra wide? No issues at all. It’s amazing.

Made the full switch about 1,5 months back and deleted all windows partitions two weeks ago. Works for gaming, work and casual browsing without flaw and I’m glad I made the switch.

I still have my old laptop from college for whenever my PC is dead and I need a backup device. It’s from 2008 and still has an HDD. There’s Windows 7 installed and last time i booted it up the boot up time said 316 seconds. It’s ridiculous.

OkCupid: Not that common in my country, which is why I tend to get all kinds of “likes” from people all over the world. Mostly Africa. It has some - as I call it - “FOMO features” included. Meaning: I rarely get any likes when I use premium. The second(!) I don’t have premium any more and can’t check the people that swiped me, there are suddenly 7 likes. It’s a money grab, nothing more. The only interesting thing about it, is the vast amount of questions you can answer and compare with people you swipe.

Bumble: It’s basically the same hell hole everyone says tinder is. Also FOMO-features.

Hinge: The profiles are somewhat limited, compared to other apps. There are some premium plans, but no FOMO-features. The only two dates I ever had came from this app.

blindmate: It’s a very small new app. Not even sure if it’s already available in another language other than German. You can upload up to 6 pictures, set what you’re looking for (age, sex, type of relationship). All other things are done by friends you invite. They answer questions about you (max. 7/day) as well as swipe for you (max. 30/day). If your friends and the friends of the person your friends swiped for both give their okay, you’re matched. At first the main profile pic is pixeled until you exchanged a few messages. You can use Icebreakers which consist of answers of you and your match the friends have given. After a few more messages you can choose to unlock your profile for the match. I have 4 friends that swipe for me for months, 5300+ in total with a total of 28 matches. I’m starting to think that I am the issue here.

Kill them or raise them uneducated. That’s how you secure more voters.
