They recently released an android app

Done in less than 4 hours while doing other things. It was just a sample. With no clue about golang.

Still they’re just birdhouses with some more infrastructure you can read instructions about how to build it.

I created this entirely using mistral/codestral

Not a real software, but it was done by instructing the ai about the basics of the mother app and the fediverse protocol
Until someone releases an open LLM in the sense that every prompt/question is published on a forum like site
Redundancy and backup is automatically provided thanks to federation, other instances can decide to host a copy of your vid (see archive.com for example).
Bandwidth is provided by torrent.
Storage HW can be anything.
Ads are supported so you can monetize
Disk space is quite cheap and I’m sure high quality vids could take a very small space if NPU processed and upscaled.
Now you go with veyon?
With fydeOS (or flex) you can now convert any PC or Mac to a Chromebook , that’s a good option for schools now imo

It reminds me Linux in chromeOS. Do apps use Wayland or X?
I’d add:
Last option but better for an easy migration: linuxfx.org

When everyone will have a 50G PON fiber connection at home, IPFS is going to be the standard serverless configuration.
2030? Everyone uses that date for everything futuristic

What’s going to cause problems? Python, the db, redis or other?

Python based: I was looking for that
You can still go openfyde if you really need to

W11 is like vista, all frills and no substance. Some people will skip the upgrade due to slowness (it’s slow with i7+16gb sometimes) and in case of users who use chrome only, ChromeOS flex or its siblings could be a solution.

Solved by installing KDE 6 from Neon
Telegram? You can use virtual numbers.
Cuba, Germany, Greece and Albania have good %
Not so bad but not compatible with all instances. What I noticed in the past, is campaigns against peertube to avoid people from using it, something quite strange (actually disgusting) but a sign that it’s probably considered a “dangerous” platform for the established ones
