Uhm, what? Gnome is all about customization lol Mine looks more like windows than it does mac
Whats wrong with ubuntu pro?
Same here. Its just a much better experience through windows. I made a new system for my daily driver which runs linux and I only turn on my gaming desktop when i want to game. I stream it through steam remote play and it works great
If i remember right, it wasn’t just using brave, but including a referral id in brave searches. It wasn’t intended, and they fixed it, so all good with me.
Because it’s not downloading, which is the thing every one thinks is normal.
Not sure I get what you mean by this
Gnome has only gotten better imo
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Since when are any of those examples considered dangerous lmao
Sideloading is exactly the same as a side road. It’s a less polished and a less intended road for people to take.
Windows Defender is actually quite good these days. The main reason an enterprise would use a 3rd party AV/Firewall would be centralized management of said av and firewall. If IT needs to install apps and make them work, they also need the ability to manage the AV/Firewall.
Maaaybe replace the wtf with what next time you ask a question.
And those projects will either never have Kavita+ features, or will die out because they do not get enough one time donations from people to keep up those features. The Kavita devs are litterally providing everything for free, other than things that cost them money monthly to run. You being but-hurt about that is nonsensical.
Alright, then while you contribute to open source projects dying out I guess I will continue being reasonable about it. Immich had a shitstorm around it because they used rather deceptive wording at first, Kavita is pretty damn clear about what its methods of monetary support are.
Also, there is nothing stopping you from hiding the button via uploading a custom theme which hides the button.
Kavita+ is for features that have an ongoing cost for the devs. They have to spend their own money for running the servers hosting the backend of the k+ features, as well as for access to APIs. They are not features that could have possibly been free.
Also, I’m not sure why an unobtrusive donate button is a downside to you…
How is aluminum non-conductive? It’s literally used as a lighter and cheaper alternative to copper in wires
Same but with z fold 5 for one year. I am a sysadmin and its glorious for remoting into servers. You get plenty of screen space to have a keyboard and widscreen view of the desktop at the same time.
Isn’t your first point just false? Just because you drew a movies logo your self doesnt mean you aren’t profiting off their IP. They would surely have you taken down.
Now, if you changed things enough to be sufficiently different from their movie and its IP, they would have no grounds to do so. Just copying everything, however, would not fly.
Which one specifically? Outlook is identical, and excel is nearly the same. Excel is just missing a couple developer mode options like adding a checkbox to a cell, which were basically just gimmicky imo anyways.
MS office PWA is nearly indentical to the desktop apps these days. I switched to linux where I use outlook and excel via pwa for work, and it’s been fine. My M$ centered workplace is actually setting up an option to use linux on their laptops soon, too. I can’t wait for that.
Work is the only reason I still have windows in my life, and thankfully, they will be trialing linux as an option for employees in the next month or two. I signed up so damn quick lol.
Not to mention bots/people/companies watching torrent peers, looking up SSL certs for the IPs, then attacking anything with jelly in it… Security through obscurity is not security
