Now think about this, you have logic that doesn’t make sense when run directly, but you need it to be a library.
You have multiple name=main statements in some of your functions

That’s a ticket I would go and overnight mail a pre configured IP KVM

Ok we won’t talk about anything that doesn’t change votes three years from now.
I guess we won’t talk about anything.
It doesn’t matter, the hypocrisy matters.
He ran out of the arena, and very poorly kitted the thing around for no apparent reason… He died because of a bad connection, but the fight was still going because he’s bad.
Not liking the solution you have doesn’t mean you don’t have a solution.
Anyway, watch the playlist I sent, it’s a great overview of the OSI model with some other stuff. You mentioned not understanding some layers, once you do you will understand the limitations of the hardware you have.
You are basically asking for people to solve a solved problem, there’s no actual need for keeping the PCs separate since you control them both, and oh and you want it done cheap. A bespoke custom solution will not scale regardless if you need it to or not, you should know that.

A firewall device with as many ports as you need is your best bet.
I do need to segregate networks but I do not trust the operating systems running on these switches which can do L3 routing.
Ok, so you are trusting the PCs which you need to keep separate.
There’s no way to know if one of them is hoovering all the traffic from the other, if they are both connected to the same unmanaged switch.

Same as keeping a soft copy.
Tax was just as example. Maybe there’s a form somebody wants signed with a pen instead of electronic, I don’t know.
Anyway if you are going to get a printer, but only do a handful at any time avoid buying an inkjet
No, printed just to keep a hard copy
SmartOne uses Schlage locks with some ecobee thermostats and sometimes a doorbell cam. Latch locks suck and I don’t know what panel is used there.
I’m in Toronto, I do high-rise construction. Post a picture I’ll tell you what it is.
Correlates poops to your Uber eats from chipotle, serves you up Pepto ads preemptively.
What’s the brand?
literally so you can leave it unplugged in a box, and drag it out once a year to print a tax form or something. Toner should be shelf stable.
Time well spent wanking
Operating your tools and being able to maintain and repair your tools are the unequivocally essential skills for everyone in every single industry.
If you can’t, you are not a professional.
The concepts of machine logic, registers/lookups/etc are essential for every programmer. If you don’t have a clear idea about how the simplest CPU functions, you don’t have any basis of understanding the abstractions in front of you, scripting in JS. Not a professional.
What the fuck
How is he going to fix his tractor? Wait days for John Deere to send somebody? Let the crop rot on the vine?
Awww that’s nice
You could do it half way right now
Maybe learn greenscreening
So you might have a script that does stuff as a library, and it should get environment variables and other info from the calling script. You use the same script for doing one off stuff on different computers.
So you make it do something slightly different or make it set it’s path and look into the current folder when you run it directly. This change in logic could be in a few points in the script.
