How do you fight the power? Do you ever, actually?
First rule of AITAH:
If the story isn’t completely made up, no one will believe it’s true.
One works like a forum, the other is a microblogging platform. Definitely not the same userbase.
I ended up going down the Ansible route after spending about 6 hours trying the easy-deploy and “manual docker install”, failing miserably with both.
I expected the other methods to be easier but nothing ended up working. Tried the official ansible method with a caddy proxy and it took maybe 30 mins.
I would definitely have given up if I wasn’t so stubborn.
It seems to be an enterprise product, meaning normal users might not have been affected. I wouldn’t personnaly be able to confirm since I usually have 1-2 month uptime on my windows machine.
