Well, now I feel a bit stupid since it was at that obvious place. Has it been there always or added recently?
I have no buttons there, unless you mean phone’s own back button which does abort whatever one is doing.
But what i mean is there is no undo for things you have already sent. Like for example, I noticed that a restauraunt seems to have slightly wrong opening times and I fixed them. Then I noticed after sending them that I was looking at wrong restauraunt and had to just make an issue for someone else to fix. I would rather just have undone the mistake or cancelled the sending since I have automatic submits off.
I do use it, but I cant find undo anywhere from it.
I noticed one problem with the application; if you make a mistake you cant fix it yourself or cancel, even if you turn off automatic sending. There should be one more step before sending so you can review and edit your work first.
i wonder what would happen if someone was to point a laser at coincidently same direction as where the plane is
yep, having that under control of one corporation is unacceptable. Imagine if some corporation owned pyramids or caves full of paintings by first humans to such extent they could grind it all to gravel if they wanted. Right now they are preventing fair use of the content too, by forbidding downloads of the videos.
Google has way too much control anyway, since google account has become too important for many people and getting it suspended would mean catastrophe to such individual.
the problem about replacing youtube is that there is over 10 years worth of videos and history in youtube. Not only do you need new content to appear somewhere else, the old content has to be available too or majority will not even consider alternatives. And if enough people wont even consider them there is no way the alternatives will gain content creators.
Google has us on iron grip with this one and it can most likely ONLY be broken through legislation. It isnt really realistic to even start downloading worthwhile stuff from youtube and putting it elsewhere, though it would be better than nothing.
they will add them if they get enough users
this looks like wonderful program to use, my only worry is that how well openstreetmap is safeguarded against any corporation wanting to buy it out? This kind of community effort could easily make it vastly superior to anything corporations even could create so obviously they will try to acquire it at some point. Is it safe from that?
But provided that it is safe, this is really nice. I like going to new places but not having any real reason for it makes it feel a bit trivial. With this there is real tangible benefit for doing it.
Oh my god, that is such stupid detail to get hung up on then. There are actual problems with it like censorship and consequent potential untrustworthiness of the answers and THIS is what they decide is the worst thing.
maybe they harvest passwords on the side?
hollow knight wasnt so good because they spent less money, they had creative freedom to do what they want.
wouldnt feel like stalker game without some jank
should we just submit to it then and give up?
what if they start using this as weapon to deny us things?
they go after my hobbies and i will turn into extremist
so they can choose anything and we just have to stop using it because its their dogwhistle now?
Because ones with the money are so out of touch with everything. Most likely only game they even play is golf.
messages moderator about it, banned from subreddit for no reason given. Or at least that is how i imagine how it would go
