Once again, Wow! I would probably be panicking too much at that point to even do normal moves correctly.

Wow, how did they do that!?
I guess if you can pull that off, parrying is the best.
Most probably graphics / nividia issue. But not a general issue, related to the configuration or hardware or something.
For most such cases when you can’t figure out anything, it’s generally a good idea to ask in your distro’s support forum. There are people who can usually help you debug a few things. It doesn’t always solve your problem, but you can get some possible pointers.
Personally, I think sellers can demand whatever they want for luxury goods. It’s on buyers to decide if it’s worth it or not.
It’s still annoying for me people like me, who can’t afford these though.
Nintendo filed that patent about joysticks that wouldn’t get drift, like Hall Effect, but some other tech without magnets (IIRC), I was hoping we may see it in Switch 2. Seems like either it wasn’t ready yet, or it was just one of the random patents companies regularly file.
lol, now that’s a controller!
Didn’t know about that until my kid used keyboard + mouse with PS5 to play Fortnite. It felt so unreal.
Is it possible that it’s something lost in translation, and he just means the final stretch with all hands on deck situation, without the negative over-working connotation?
I don’t follow him though, so no idea what he actually means.
Nope, there was no Geralt back then 😅
Nice! I’ll be playing on PS, but this should work with controller too. Thanks for the tip!
I haven’t tried Warlock yet, will give him a try. Racoon is pretty good, though his healing isn’t that great (at least that’s what I felt), great as a secondary healer though.
Ah, it’s a mod.
Thought it was a new game.
Nice, let’s see how long they can keep the momentum.
I have played a few games, and while I am not good at it, it’s still fun to play, specially with character like Jeff, where you can focus on healing instead of kills.
Hehe, a very valid point, but I am assuming they won’t give their most hyped game to such a new team.
But then again, it’s a Ubisoft AAA game, so even with all experienced devs, I don’t have very high hopes for it. They make great smaller games (Rayman, PoP: The Lost Crown etc) but then they decide not to make any sequels.
As a dev (but not a game dev), this can be either good or bad, depending on how the team is grouped, and what their development flow is.
Half new devs means, half of them are veterans, which would also include team leads and the managers, who will plan, review and test whatever those devs are doing, so if their workflow is solid, other than some slowdown in development speed, it shouldn’t cause much issue.
With the way game industry is, I wonder how many of these will be layed off in couple of years with something like “we overestimated industry expansion” or something.
I have become pretty pessimistic about gaming companies.
Maybe they will keep the dark, grim, shadowy graphics and the fast paced shooting.
Not many companies release this number, the only one I remember is of World of Goo, which is pretty old now. They mentioned that there was about 90% piracy rate for their game.
But arguing over whether or not you should use this engine or that engine, the engine is in service to the game. Is the game good? I don’t care what the engine is. The game’s good! Let’s play the game.
That’s the problem, the games aren’t good anymore!
Thanks for the details and the video.
