Yeah? Sorta? It is created by Jingna Zhang who you may recognize from deviantart back in the day. Cara has a pretty aggressive no AI policy and still technically in beta I believe. The vibes are super good though, everyone is pretty cheerful and happy and there does not seem to be any monetization whatsoever other than politely asking people to donate if they enjoy the app. Although that may change in the future.

Recently had to buy a new TV due to a lightning strike (surge protector did nothing) and I never let my new “smart” TV communicate with the internet and it becomes a “dumb” TV and I feel pretty good about that.
