  • I feel incredibly bad for them. I’ve been through it 4 times. Every time everyone else shrugged and said oh well that’s business.

Now we’re seeing how deadly and not normal layoffs are. And no I am not happy these people losses their jobs. Their families did nothing wrong and because of leadership failures, the rank and file get screwed over

People commit to working for a company. Companies need to have that same commitment for their workers. When shit goes bad , every leader should go before a single rank and file employee gets cut.

    Enough.

  • Of course I’ve used windows. From 3.1 to 11.

I’m in Linux now. Been using that A long time as well

Additionally very very few people even know what a registry editor in windows is

Because what they want windows to do doesn’t need them to understand it. That’s the point.

They click a couple buttons, windows crashes behind the scenes then loads again , all without the user seeing it now.

Back in the day the bsod would show up but they got rid of it.

Now dos (both ibm and Ms ) that was a fun thing to play with. .

  • that’s not what they were saying.

They were saying there wish there was a way for designers to contribute. Git is a pain in the ass. lets be real. Important, but a pain. Its a bad UI.

Design isn’t the same as code, so the same process and repos aren’t necessarily going to help. that’s all they didn’t say anything insulting. Only that they wish there was a away for designers to contribute. Why is that hurting peoples feelings?
