Also it’s an attempt to convince them that democrats make their lives better. That said, as a leftist in a red state with strong union protections come flip us please. Look at what Texas did with ACA funds for Medicaid: sued the federal government to not get the money from the pool that we contribute to. They’ll totally avoid doing the right thing because that plays well to morons.
