The only countries accusing China of mishandling the ETIM in Xinjiang (an issue created by the US through Afganistan btw) are the ones committing an actual genocide in Palestine, i.e imperial core countries. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Global South and Muslim countries in general are against the western propaganda about it.
