      This specific router has a PowerPC chip and uses PCIe to connect the wifi modules, it was released a decade ago

          Typically no. you can get arm devices designed to be used as routers that have PCIe, but your typical isp or name brand router won’t

    So, not really GtaVC not really running on a router. amazingly useless, too.

      It is really running on a router. This particular router unit had a specific weird architecture that includes PCIE and thus makes it possible to plug in a graphics card. But the game is running on the actual router CPU, RAM and storage.
