So there is of course a “regime” ruling the US, it’s mostly democratic system that Biden, and as of yet Trump is also part of. Anyone outside of that regime wants serious changes about how the US is led, and is not participating in the current system - where the only real rule is that change in leadership is at least supposed to be by the people and bloodless. Point is, if you are not part of the “Biden regime”, which is basically the democratic system the US has, you are calling for a violent overthrow of it by a minority.
Words should have meaning, and he should definitely be called out on publicly supporting sedition.
