Justice Cynthia Kern’s ruling is yet another loss for Trump, who has tried repeatedly to get the trial postponed.

In New York the Appeals Court is the court of last resort. You can appeal NY Supreme Court decisions to the Appeals Court, not vice-versa.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
