All it needs is a governor's signature: A proposed bill in Louisiana intended to surgically castrate people 17 and older who are convicted of aggravated assault of a child under 13 could become law.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
