      Your conflating a hierarchy with monopolization of law.

      Just take a moment to think about the implications if you were to say create laws it would mean you have the power to dictate how a society is ran meaning you would be highly tempted to create laws that benefit you, even with preventative measures you can easily pass laws that benefit you by making sure they also benefit the people who act as those preventative measures for self-serving laws.

      Hierarchy basically just implies that somebody’s in charge of saying a project maybe a business Etc, on its own its limited to private property, but with monoplization it can expand and mess with everyone elses shit.

    This country litterly started its grand decline as soon as George Washington won the war of independence and immediately turned around and tried to tax the whiskey. this entire country was founded on contradiction.
