These people are not single-issue voters. They’re republican (or other groups in favor of Republicans winning) trolls. They don’t care about Palestine or they would spend even more energy being anti-Trump. It’s always anti-whoever-is-on-the-left though. Sure, they could be more left, but these people don’t care about that.
