    You’ve obviously never driven in the Midwest. States like Nebraska, Kansas, Montana and Wyoming have roads that go on forever through flat farm land for the most part. Do people speed through those states? For sure, except in Kansas where it’s closer to a hanging offense.

    Troopers are also a little different on how they manage things.
