Canada is sort of on the list, they still seem somewhat functional these days and I could be close to my parents… otherwise it’s Nordic countries or any place in Europe. I’m lucky in that I have a marketable engineering degree, I likely wouldn’t be able to get any kind of visa or citizenship otherwise.
I ask as I live outside of where I was born, and was wondering what and how other people think where they’d go. Best of luck with it all, I hope it works out for you.
There’s a woman I knew in high school (and still keep in touch) who asked me just the other day what it was like in Canada and she and her husband
will consider moving here if he is elected.
