Tawhedi’s arrest comes amid rising concerns about the potential for political violence surrounding next month’s election.

Political violence (from the right) is assured. It’s just a shame that we also have to be on the look out for violence from outside forces. Life is awesome, right?

I’m waiting to find out that an FBI informant put him onto it like pretty much every ‘foiled terrorist plot’ in the last 2 decades.

      Edit:

After the two advertised the sale of personal property on Facebook last month, the FBI enlisted an informant to respond to the offer and strike up a relationship. The informant later invited them to a gun range, where they ordered weapons from an undercover FBI official.

Yeah, definitely don’t look too hard into the role of that ‘informant’.

Dats the way it works. The FBI loves their stings.

It’s not a sting if you’re the one that convinces them to do the crime.

From another source I read that they were ISIS and had constructed a plan and had admitted to it. They got caught. Sorry if you’re sad.

Thanks for digging that up. The details in this article are a “refreshing” change from most of what we see when the FBI arrest a terror plot suspect. “Our agents befriended a quiet loner. They then cajoled, pushed, and prodded this reluctant teenager into making a bomb for them. QED, BITCHES!”

Now I’m just waiting for Conservative d-bags (such as my parents) to start screaming about how we need to shut down the legal immigration too. The real kicker: they’re both immigrants.
