Fuck whatever Trump officials might say before or after the fact. Watch what they do, that’s all that matters… they’ll say whatever they need to.
This should be the rule from now on … whatever stupidity the administration announces … everyone ignores and just go about with business as usual
If they want to arrest or force people to do things, let them … fight them every step of the way on everything
Seems like they called Trump’s bluff and he folded?
Everyone needs to learn from China and Harvard: Just know that you’re better than the repubs and their bullshit, act like it, and don’t bat an eye at their crazy demands. They’ll fold like the cheap suits they wear.
that works if you have power… if you don’t have power, they’ll make an example out of you
This is what I’ve gathered so far.
Trump Admin: “remove your DEI programs and stop your students from protesting”
Harvard: “…no.”
Trump Admin: “we’ll pull your funding.”
Harvard: “… Aight.”
Trump Admin: “we’ll also remove your immigrant students visas and dig into your old tax files to make sure you’re not hiding anything like the un-American, unpatriotic, loser school you are!”
Harvard: “…k.”
Trump Admin: “…!”
Harvard: “…”
Trump Admin: “… Hey actually that letter was not meant for you. Someone sent that and they weren’t supposed to.”
Harvard: “… Okay… You might want to address that.”
Trump Admin: “Stop being so whiny and acting like a child about it. Get over it.”
They said the letter was meant to be sent eventually.
The Narcissist’s Prayer
That didn’t happen.
And if it did, it wasn’t that bad.
And if it was, that’s not a big deal.
And if it is, that’s not my fault.
And if it was, I didn’t mean it.
And if I did, you deserved it.by Dayna Craig
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.
Harvard has more capital than they know what to do with. They’re busy literally buying up land in Cambridge, Allston/Brighton, playing modern day Roman Empire in the middle of a Capital US city.
You cannot threaten Harvard with capital.
"It was malpractice on the side of Harvard’s lawyers not to pick up the phone and call the members of the antisemitism task force who they had been talking to for weeks,” said May Mailman, the White House senior policy strategist. “Instead, Harvard went on a victimhood campaign.”
So blaming the victim.
“We didn’t mean to send you that stupid letter, it was so so stupid, you should have known it was stupid when we sent it to you.”
- “That sounds like a you problem”
- “So if we’d agreed you would have said never mind don’t worry about it forget all that?”
- “Apology accepted. Contact us if you need anything else”
