No, def not every imho (they never had long arcs & joke repetition was only in the early episodes iirc), they are doing however an arc & the new romantic couple will def be features more.
So 3 to 5 more episodes of this I would say? Tho they could conclude it all next episode too & later only have background references.

I actually missed/expected a few more jokes (I had high hopes bcs this is the new Saddam - I’ve seen the image with Satan & I was hyped moments before watching the episode) & even more plot, but it seems they only generally set up the new situation & chars in the first episode.
Also it was fairly light (no directly dark stuff), that I thought was automatic with Trump.
