    Or foreign policy.

    Or domestic policy.

    Or federal agencies.

    Or a run down donut shop.

    Or putting his own pants on.

      Well, that last one he’s already not doing himself I’d bet.

      Takes a lot of energy to reach your own toes, he fall asleep halfway there.
