During a television broadcast on Thursday, former federal special counsel Jack Smith expressed deep concern regarding the current state of American jurisprudence. Appearing on the MS NOW program hosted by Nicolle Wallace, the former prosecutor described the current political landscape as an extraordinary threat to the nation’s legal foundations. He characterized the ongoing institutional shift as a unique challenge, calling it an assault “different in kind and scope to anything I’ve seen in my lifetime.” This marked his initial public media appearance since stepping down from his federal post in January 2025.

Thank god jack Smith is here to tell us about unprecedented attacks on the rule of law. We wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

When do these attacks start Jack? Is he thinking of accepting foreign emoluments? Say it isn’t so.

I just can’t take anyone who was a part of the administration who tee’d up Trump 2.0 seriously. They didn’t take their jobs seriously. They are not serious people.

My dude, Jack Smith was appointed in November of 2022 and filed the first indictment in June of 2023. You can call out Garland and Biden for slow-walking it, but not Smith.

Keep downvoting this, salty losers. Doesnt change the fact you knowingly threw minorities under the bus to spite Harris.

Hear me out. Downvote me if you must.

I know the prevailing thought from the informed is “duh. We know this.” And I have been guilty of thinking this as well.

The truth is with Bannons “flood the zone” media blitz strategy we are living in a time where the obvious bears repeating. We may know, we may be frustrated that it needs to be repeated but somewhere out there someone needs to be reminded. Reason is irrelevant. The zone needs to be flooded with the same truth over and over until the ignorant can’t ignore it.

You should have said this while you were in the job. And you should have stayed in the job and fought for the law. Now you’re just another everyday American. Powerless.

That would’ve been nice 10 or 12 years ago.

But because you’ve kept silent until now, you’re nothing short of a traitor

    FUCK YOU

Maybe you should’ve been the one keeping silent because you obviously have no idea WTF you’re talking about.

The person that probably knows the most about Trump’s egregious acts of treason, sedition, embezzlement, and child sex trafficking history is saying this.

And I don’t doubt a word of it.

But when half of the country is currently suffering a cult like form mass psychosis, it’s hard to find cures that are peaceful

Thanks Jack, but the people who pay attention to the news will listen to you and say “Duh, we already know this, it’s blatantly obvious.”

The rest of the people are either profiting off of it, don’t know this but also don’t care, or don’t trust a word you say.
