I have a feeling their intention here is less about acquiring FromSoftware and more about getting those anime production houses so they can continue to monopolize the industry. FromSoftware would be a happy accident.

Does it still? Refresh time looked much improved with Gallery 3 so I thought it was better. The ReMarkable is the only device I know that uses it and I haven’t had the chance to try it yet.
Have you looked into the Note Air 3 C or the Tab Ultra C Pro from boox? They’re both exactly what you describe, and the Tab is out now but the Note launches October 24th.
Cool, I wonder which type of color technology this uses though, I can’t seem to find that info.
I would prefer Gallery over Kaleido, but I’m guessing it’s Kaleido because of the different ppi listed between the b&w and color modes.
“The real problem is that you’re using Cura and not Orca”
Their primary launcher, the Ariane 5, was scheduled to be retired and replaced with the Ariane 6, but there were delays in the project. It left them with an awkward transition phase where no new Ariane 5s were being built, but Ariane 6 wasn’t ready yet, so all they could do was launch the last of the 5s.
Big respect to ISRO, but you read France’s Arianespace backwards. They were more of an X/5 situation.
3D printers are easier to use than getting ink on paper and it’s appalling
What is proot?
Ah great I made an account on there recently too
Bit discouraging tbh
I’m sure glad I didn’t get the HP Reverb G2 when it launched.
Simply fire up the garbage disposal and throw your SSD in
Anger is no excuse to be inefficient with propellant after all
They haven’t actually said what the alleged infringement is yet, so we can’t know for sure what excuse they’re going to come up with. They haven’t even told Pocketpair!
Presumably, since Nintendo isn’t claiming copyright infringement, Palworld hasn’t crossed the line of plagiarism. They are all legally distinct designs.
I think Nintendo’s lawyers must have determined its inspiration in this case though. Like you said, they’re suing for patent infringement and not copyright, so they must think a legal challenge on their creature designs is a lost cause.
More like “it’s not wrong to take inspiration from something else”.
Wait, why am I able to buy Steam game in the Steam app that I installed from Google Play? How are they avoiding the same billing policy that the Xbox is falling victim to here?
