Man, I know I’m being naive but I truly want to believe that Biden honestly thought he had the best chance to beat Trump. Obviously he was wrong. But I just feel like he really believed that he had the best shot and trusted his gut until it was too late. It doesn’t make a difference ultimately. I just want to believe he cared genuinely about the nation and felt that the person most likely to beat Trump was the one who had already done it once before.
I’m not a youth but as an outsider who’s seen a few posts from this community, one thing I feel like you guys could focus on a little more is the typical day to day experience of amateur radio operating. What you’re actually doing and not just the tech/setup stuff. That stuff is interesting but w/o the context of what you do once you’re done setting up your radio would be interesting to see more of as someone who is genuinely interested in getting into the hobby.
The fucked up thing is that no matter how bad and disappointing Starfield was, and no matter how bad and disappointing their subsequent games will be, I’ll still buy and be naively excited for Elder Scrolls VI because Skyrim was such a foundational gaming experience 😩

This looks pretty cool and I admire the science and technical accomplishment of the thing itself, but I’m curious what amateur radio hobbyists actually do with this technology, just on a day to day basis? Like once you have it set up and everything, what is a typical radio hobby session like?
Larian is pretty supportive of the modding community too, right? I’ll probably end up getting it on PC for that very reason.
I think it will hold up for a long time as people (like me) wait for the price to come down after a couple years.

This is exactly it. Trump is very good at saying just enough so that we know what he means and his followers know what he means while maintaining plausible deniability when confronted with his own statements.

I believe he was trusting his gut at a point where his gut was no longer worth trusting, and everyone around him could see it but he could not. A very harsh example of why there should be age maximums as well as minimums for elected office.
