Sure, that’s probably the perception, but truth is, depending on how heavily you weigh Obamacare, Biden has actually had bigger challenges and gotten more accomplished in my eyes. I’m not a fanboy, but I’ll give credit where it’s due.
I had big expectations for Obama and mostly found him disappointing. I had low expectations for Biden and have been pleasantly surprised.
