The filing would grant a delay on what would be a landmark criminal trial of a former president while the nation’s highest court decides what to do.

It’s currently proposed to start on Aug 5. DA Fani Willis does not expect it to conclude until the winter, and possibly into 2025. So yes, this is a real possibility.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
