Justice Cynthia Kern’s ruling is yet another loss for Trump, who has tried repeatedly to get the trial postponed.

Since this decision came from a appeals court, they well might refuse to hear it.

  In New York the Appeals Court is the court of last resort. You can appeal NY Supreme Court decisions to the Appeals Court, not vice-versa.
