Biden should have Trump assassinated.
That’s the way it reads. That’s also why they waited until the absolute last moment to release this ruling. It gives the current President unparalleled power. Will it be used in a meaningful way? I doubt it.
They gave the president powers that only an immoral person would abuse.

Immune. Organizes a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune.

The best move Biden could make would be to use these powers ASAP. On the judges themselves even.
