Michael Cohen asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to revive his lawsuit accusing former President Donald Trump and of retaliating against him.

Cohen served time for lying to Congress and other crimes.

he certainly testified as a prosecution witness in the business records case where trump wàs the defendant, which led to a conviction.
