    In other words, Wisconsin’s anti-vote-buying laws are unenforceable and vote buying is perfectly legal in Wisconsin.

    So I guess if you’re looking to score a few extra bucks when the next election comes around, just put up your vote on Ebay and let the politicians bid on it.
