They need to stop calling him a Democrat. He’s not one.

I feel like the only way it would work is if they got to keep the money of whoever they killed as long as that person had over a billion dollars… and I would almost be OK with that.
I like to imagine it would reduce the collateral damage the rest of society faces when these people have a dick waving contest.
Roided out billionaires with their hearts exploding out their chests from experimental steroids would really mix things up in a good way. He’ll maybe we’d get some truly sick cybernetic out of it too.
His show was a cultural phenomenon. You’ve never heard of the least funny comedian. Let’s stop the weird Lemmy contrarianism. It makes us look more insanely out of touch than Jerry Seinfeld. (Which is so well known his name is in my auto-correct).
Man of God, everyone…
Perverts and child abusers, the lot.
This is what everyone giving money wants right? You gave money for them to use it for the election.
If they weren’t such repulsive people, I would feel bad for all the Republicans that donated to Trump’s campaign just to have him spend it on his legal bills.
There isn’t and shouldn’t be a party for immigrants. Once they are citizens they fall under an umbrella that should be supported by a party, but until they can vote and have made the commitment of citizenship, our government shouldn’t take their wants into account (besides obvious human decency and needs).
Only in America do we concern ourselves with this. It should be made so good for citizens that people want to immigrate here and become citizens themselves. That is the only method I want to expend effort on to make immigrants lives better than they already are just by leaving their home country.
Drugs and money. Which is how we got here in the first place.
That and they just stay there active, decades after the conflict. There are still minefields from decades old conflicts that kill/injure people today.
It’s honestly no worse than dropping bombs on them. They don’t have to deal with the explosive shock blowing out their ear drums either. It’s way more escapade than sudden explosions havening all around you.
Besides… if you invade a country your down with death. A bunch of the soldiers use rape and attack civilians as well, so my concern for their well being dried up a long time ago.
That’s actually not the problem with chemical weapons. Chemical weapons are banned due to their indiscriminate nature (being blown by the wind) and really the fact that it causes slow deaths over years. It’s that it’s tantamount to torture (which is also banned).
Blowing people’s limbs off is considered A-OK as long as it’s not done with land mines.
Eh, that’s pretty metal. What I like about it is that it’s not some chemical weapon that floats on the air to hiteveryone in the vicinity. You will see where you are hitting clearly because it’s like a bright tracer round. And it’ll cause more injuries than deaths.
You almost have a sporting chance to get away once it’s started compared to the relatively sudden chaos of explosions.
I can understand it but that’s not the real question is it? The question posed was why one person was treated differently by the courts than the other.
The answer was because one person attacked their active abuser in self defense while the other escaped, then months later, in an act of revenge, planned and executed their murder and arson.
Of course, another key difference is that she took a plea deal. Which means she never actually went to trial. Her legal team knew self defense was never gonna fly either.
Read your damn source. You posted it. It’s obvious they are completely different.
Yeah, the way they’ve described it on podcasts is that the comedian can pay to make the whole thing themselves and then just sell it like a finished product to a streaming service. For an established comedian like this, that’s almost certainly what happened.
He owns his own comedy club, so I’m sure it’s very inexpensive for him to film a special. I didn’t watch it though so I don’t know if it’s at his own club though.
A high key snack to me would involve 2 separate prep phases.
For instance making crackers involves making the dough then baking which makes it more of a task than cooking a bag of chicken nuggets, which is more of a wait than celery dipped in peanut butter.
I consider these the three teirs of snack making. Anything more and you have entered meal territory.
Inflation just hit the poor CEOs extra hard. 20% feels bad for us, imagine how much it impacts your bottom line when you have to give your private chef and your driver 3% raises every 5 years. Where will they find the money? /s
They don’t kiss and tell! /wink
Sure, if that’s how a really popular subreddit pays it’s moderators, it’s not unreasonable. We just know that isn’t what’s going on here.
In addition, it would be unreasonable to expect users of a free service to suddenly start paying for it without an extremely huge value boost which there’s been no mention of. If anything engagement will certainly go down, further reducing the value.
This guy gets it.
