It does! And it’s so easy to use.
It’s so obvious I can’t imagine why anyone would be confused.
Yeah we’re the freest state in the union as long as your chosen freedom conforms with the Republican agenda.
I guess I don’t see the difference. If you are warning someone with a gun, the warning is that they willl use the gun. Legally that might not always be “terrorism” but the effect is the same so seems like we call it what it is.
I understand I might not be asking the right person but what’s the difference between terrorism and a warning when it involves deadly force?
I’m confused. Did I miss understand your wording?
100 - 77 = 23; 23% < 33%
77 - 10 = 67 point lead
Admittedly the way we talk about a “point lead” is confusing and it’s always useful to look at what the real numbers are and what they actually mean.
True. But that is based in logic and the assumption that laws follow strict “rules” and well…
That doesn’t exist in the mobile nightly.
But honestly that’s no problem and I hadn’t noticed because I just pin things to the new tab window.
Read the headline and thought “there’s a catch…”
Finally got around to reading the post and Microsoft is very politely saying “we’ve completed stealing their shit now. Don’t know why anyone would want it, use ours now. You can have it though.”
Thanks I guess? I’m glad it’s out of their hands now and with an open source group that cares and can make a difference.
You think it’ll take that long? Seems optimistic.
I think you got my point without getting my point.
Bidens Trump’s kryptonite. He can’t stop talking about the guy. This donald dump stuff is perfect. He needs to stay on the trail and keep Trump off message campaigning against the wrong candidate.
Misread the summary to say data driven delusions and that seems accurate.
Being as this is very similar to the apple epic legal fight that epic lost earlier this year, I doubt apple will make a deal. My understanding is that patreon can cave, choose to pay 27% commission, or make their own store.
Though skimming the news around epic’s attempts to make a store, you “can” make a store in compliance with EU and UK laws, but apple made it kinda impossible to actually do and epic is fighting it in court again?
So patreon seems to have read the lay of things and said I guess we just have to make the best of a shitty situation and communicate everything to try to limit the pain.
It’s almost like apple feels like they have the power to do whatever they want because they’ve created a market where they don’t have competition…
Surprised consultants are pushing the latest fad? No it’s what businesses want to hear.
Concerned they’re pushing the bubble? No more than the rest of it.
Worried a machine will be lying to me about timelines instead of a person? That’s innovation for you I guess.
Don’t think half the comments understand what the Chromecast is…
Interested in finding out more about fcast now though.
I would hope so but I wouldn’t put money on it.
Well if the 11th is quick, Trump still appeals to SCOTUS and we’ve seen how they drag their feet for him. And even if they didn’t, the case probably wouldn’t get far.
If you’re hoping for this to affect the election at this point, I think the only thing to hope for is some bad rulings that get sensationalized as an October surprise to remind people what it was like last time he was in office.
With the current SCOTUS, appealing to 140 years of history still feels like a gamble. It feels like they’d throw out 1000 years of history and explicit wording from the Bible if it benefited Republicans.
My SOs system76 had intermittent graphics issues and their tech support had hour-long calls with me over several weeks and additional emails correspondence where we did some very in-depth testing and monitoring of the machine. I think most of the testing was that their team genuinely wanted to know if it was a hardware or software issue and fix it right.
In the end they replaced the entire motherboard under warranty because they pointed out in another month and it wouldn’t be covered and it might fix it. It did.
I suspect it was just a bad Nvidia GPU. It sucks that it had the problem and that it was difficult to track down but all laptops break.
I challenge anyone to find that level of support from a Windows manufacturer without having a corporate account.
