          Looks like it’s actually just a coat (see the black cuffs and hood).

          Hut lab coats are pretty comfortable. Woven so tightly that they block hair poking through them, so I imagine it works as a wind breaker pretty well (though, you’re never supposed to leave a building with it on…)
